I personally have a close encounter with SAMSONITE products while I was working as a part time promoter under Cosas United during a luggage fair sometime in year 2017. From my experience and knowledge gain during that period, SAMSONITE has been a very establish brand, with quality assurance and they do take customer feedback very seriously. Under this  “Luggage Trade-In Programme” , you can trade-in any used luggage at participating Samsonite stores and receive up to a maximum of 40% off !! on your next purchase of selected Samsonite luggage.  This is where it gets interesting, for every luggage that is traded in, Samsonite will pledge RM10 to Make-A-Wish Malaysia. So besides getting a new luagge for yourself, are bringing joy to strangers that will surely make their day .

On top of that, the preloved luggage bags received will be assessed and those which are still in good condition will be donated to Make-A-Wish Malaysia to be used or distributed at their discretion.
